What Is Trading Partner Registration
- An application that allows potential trading partners to register their intent to electronically exchange data with TDH
- A way for potential trading partners and TDH to efficiently communicate
- A mechanism for eligible providers to document their active engagement status for Promoting Interoperability or the Advancing Care Information Public Health measures under the Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS)
What You Will Need
- PAAMS Account (username and password) to log into the system
- Information that might come from many different sources within your organization, including:
- Information about your organization
- Information about your system(s) and associated vendor(s)
- Information about your system's capabilities for the desired interfaces
- To assist with gathering this information, you can use the Trading Partner Registration Worksheet
What You Can Do
- CAN register intent to electronically exchange data with TDH
- CAN view your progress through the on-boarding process of each registered interface
- CAN document relationships between entities in your organization
- CANNOT use the system for the actual electronic data exchange
