Business Admin accounts are to be requested by a
business authority whom is responsible for account
billing/payment and will also be responsible for the actions
of any person accessing the system under its account and that
the use or misuse of the system or any reports by the
applicant or any person under the applicant's account may
result in termination of the account and/or any penalties as
allowed by law.
Businesses are permitted to obtain copies of
crash reports provided through PurchaseTNCrash.gov if:
business is directly involved in the accident or incident;
(ii) the business is (or has been engaged by) the legal
representative of one of the parties directly involved in the
accident or incident;
(iii) the business is an authorized
representative of the insurance carrier for one of the parties
involved in the accident or incident.
