Can you print or save a PDF?
Your Crash Report will be an Adobe PDF, and you must have the ability to print or save it. Before you continue, check your printer connection and paper supply or make sure that you can save a PDF to a hard drive or mobile device.
If you self-reported your crash to Metropolitan Nashville Police Department via their Report Minor Vehicle Crash Online portal, you will need to contact Metropolitan Nashville Police Department directly to obtain the record.
