How do I sign up to use this online service?

You may sign up on the "Request Access" page. You will receive an e-mail when you have been entered in the system. At that point you can log in and begin using it.

How often is the bill information updated?

The bill information is updated every hour. Once you log in, the main tracking page displays the date and time of the last update. The tracking activities, bill analysis and fiscal note support forms are updated as soon as they are saved or completed.
