What You Can Do
- Only custodial parents (CPs) can review remittance advices and monthly statements
- Both non-custodial parents (NCPs) and custodial parents (CPs) can view processed payments
What You Will Need
- Both NCPs and CPs will need the case number or member ID, and their own social security number
IMPORTANT: Beginning July 2016, your child support debit card will be replaced. In order to ensure that you receive your new debit card, your local Child Support Office MUST have your most up-to-date physical address and telephone number.
Please ensure we have your correct address on our system to prevent any delay in receiving your payments on the new debit card. Payments will not be deposited to your new debit card until the card is activated. Do not throw away your current debit card until all remaining funds have been used. Funds CANNOT be transferred to from your current card to your new debit card.
