Forgot My Username
If you have forgotten your username and you provided an email address for your account, you can request it to be emailed to you. Click the username link in “Forgot your username or password?” on the Login page.
If you have forgotten your username and an email address was not provided, please call the Family Assistance Service Center at 1-866-311-4287 or (615)743-2000.
Forgot My Password
If you have forgotten your password, click the password link in “Forgot your username or password” on the Login page. You must provide your username, and then you will be given two options to reset your password:
If you did not provide an email address and you cannot remember the answers to your security questions, please call the Family Assistance Service Center at 1-866-311-4287 or (615)743-2000.
Information effective date
CaseConnect information is not immediately updated. If there are changes made to your case, updated information will be reflected in the summary on the next business day.
Case not pending or newly dispositioned but client has submitted verification (change reporting)
If you have provided verifications to the Department of Human Services, please allow ten (10) days for your case to be updated and the information reflected in the CaseConnect summary. Changes will be processed within (10) days from the date of receipt.
*Program and the Service Center should set the allowable processing period.*
Data loaded to CaseConnect
CaseConnect does not contain case information for any application denied or case closed 90 days or more in the past.
TANF/Families First (cash payments): The Department of Human Services has 45 days to decide if you qualify.
SNAP/Food Stamps: It can take up to 30 days to decide if you qualify.
To make a decision on time, DHS must have your help to get all the proof we need.
