Access to Local Government Moving Violation Records is governed by the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act of 2000 (DPPA). In order to use this online service, you must meet three requirements:

Be authorized by one of the provisions of the DPPA
Be a subscriber with a user name and password
Be a local government entity or a company acting on behalf of a local government entity
